What You Get Is What We See. The Dental Designs Gallery Of Smiles.
When it comes to smiles, Dental Designs of Washington, PA is an open book. One that usually begins with an open mouth. The images below represent the progress we make across many of the more common procedures we perform within our practice.
General, Cosmetic and Restorative Dentistry At Dental Designs.
The images seen below are for illustrative purposes and can be a little jarring — because you aren’t used to looking at mouths the way we are. Rest assured that every measure is taken for your comfort during any procedure at Dental Designs.
Special thanks to the patients who have allowed us to share their examples.
In our one-hour, in-office ZOOM Whitening® procedure, we apply a gel that works with a special LED-whitening lamp. On a scale of 7 to 12, this patient’s teeth became 8 shades whiter.
Dental Implants and Permanent Denture Using All-On-Four Dental Implant Procedure.
Patient had all upper teeth extracted and four implants were placed by the oral surgeon. The patient left the appointment with a temporary denture, the same day as extractions.
Six months later, after the bone had a chance to heal around the implant, a Zirconia prosthesis (permanent plate with new artificial teeth) was placed on the implants to restore the arch. These are permanently placed and do not come in and out of the mouth like a denture.
Teeth Cleaning, Whitening & Cavity Repair.
A “prophy” was performed (dental prophylaxis is a cleaning procedure performed to thoroughly clean the teeth). This was followed by our one-hour, in-office ZOOM Whitening® procedure. With our special gel and LED lamp, this patient’s teeth became 7 shades whiter. After the whitening procedure, we repaired the cavities along the gumline to match the new, lighter tooth shade.
Teeth Cleaning, Whitening, Contouring of Gums, Tooth Extraction and Cosmetic Fillings.
A “prophy” was performed followed by one-hour, in-office ZOOM Whitening® procedure, making the teeth 7 shades whiter with our gel and LED-lamp procedure.
Cosmetic fillings address the space left by extracting the bottom tooth. The patient received gingival sculpturing to the top and bottom six front teeth. Gingival sculpturing is the re-contouring of gingival tissues used to create height and length to teeth — making the teeth look larger. This procedure is done in the office with local anesthesia using a state-of-the-art laser with minimal discomfort.
Teeth Whitening, Crown Replacement and Gum Contouring.
Our one-hour, in-office ZOOM Whitening® procedure made this patient’s teeth 8 shades whiter before we replaced the existing crown on the upper right front tooth to match their new, brighter smile. We then performed gingival contouring to give the patient’s gums a more balanced and even appearance.
